Bei allen Beispielen wurde trotz umfangreicher Eindeichung (nach erfolgter\u00a0 Aufsp\u00fclung) versucht auf den Naturschutz, durch die Schaffung von ausgedehnten Robbenstr\u00e4nden an den gesamten Deichabschnitten, Vogelsitzpl\u00e4tzen und \u00fcppiger Bepflanzung, besondere R\u00fccksicht zu nehmen.\u00a0 Weiterhin wird empfohlen die Anzahl der Inselbewohner von insgesamt ca. max. 300 Einwohner \/ km\u00b2 <\/strong>\u00a0nicht zu \u00fcberschreiten. Wobei die erschlossene Gesamtfl\u00e4che<\/strong>, nach erfolgter Landgewinnung, nur 80%<\/strong> betragen sollte. Bau-, Holz- sowie Landwirtschaft aber auch Wasserwirtschaft ist auf den anderen 20%<\/strong> der Inselfl\u00e4che grunds\u00e4tzlich zu untersagen. Gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Steuerbefreiung k\u00f6nnte den Anreiz f\u00fcr die Attraktivit\u00e4t von Zuz\u00fcglern, gerade im Bezug auf die d\u00e4nischen Kleininseln, zus\u00e4tzlich befeuern.<\/p>\n
